Please DO NOT lock storm door. 🔇 Noise & Respect: ✔ Quiet Hours – Usually from 9 PM to 7 AM. ✔ Be Respectful – Keep noise levels down and respect neighbors. 🚭 Smoking & Pets: ✔ No Smoking – Indoors or on the property (this includes the front yard, backyard, driveway and house entrance) ✔ No Pets allowed 🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance: ✔ Keep the Space Tidy – Wash dishes, place trash in trash bins, and leave the home in good condition. ✔ Report Damages – Notify the host of any accidental damage. ✔ No shoes inside as we have many carpets. 📶 Amenities & Usage: ✔ Use WiFi & Appliances Responsibly – No illegal downloads, and turn off electronics when not in use. ✔ Energy Conservation – Turn off lights, AC/heating when leaving.
